Are you looking for an opportunity to promote your firm, in a unique way, to benefit brokers?

Canadian Group Insurance Brokers (վ) hasa sponsorship opportunity that may be of interest to you, your firm, and/or the providers you deal with.

We've has been running educational events for overfifteen years. Our seminars routinely hit 150-200 registrants in Toronto ( and up to 300+ in the past) and 50 to 100 in Vancouver and Calgary. Our workshops on the other hand, are more interactive and geared for 40 to 60 to be in attendance.

Our goal isto be the “go-to” event for benefitadvisors coast to coast. The past eventshave been extremely well received, with most sponsoring year after year. This is your opportunity to also get your firm out front!

The target audience for these events are those that specialize in employee benefits. The meetings encourage open discussions and are VERY interactive. Attendeeswantto be there and are interested in the information being conveyed. As such, it presents you with a very affordable opportunity to promote your firm, that requires very little manpower on your part.

2025 Seminar Sponsorship Packages:

For a $5,500 (+ HST) Gold Sponsorship investment (2 Available), you have the opportunity to:

  • Supply attendees with handout (brochures, business cards etc.)on tables
  • Provide the introductions to the morning OR afternoon speaker
  • Provide a brief 20 minute introductionto your firm (2@10 minutes)
  • Have your logo and link located on the website and e-mails
  • Display your banner or signage at the event
  • Invite 3 staffto attend in order to network with attendeesat no charge

For a $4,000(+ HST) Silver Sponsorship investment (2 Available), you have the opportunity to:

  • Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.)at registration table
  • Provide the introductions to the morning ORafternoon break
  • Provide a brief 5-10 minute introductionto your firm
  • Have your logo and link located on the website and e-mails
  • Display your banner or signage at the event
  • Invite 2 staffto attend in order to network with attendeesat no charge

For a $2,000(+ HST) Bronze Sponsorship investment (1 available), will have the opportunity to:

  • Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.)at side table
  • Have your logo and link located on the website and e-mails
  • Invite 1 staffto attend in order to network with attendeesat no charge

2025 Workshop Exclusive Sponsorship Packages:

For a $5,500 (+HST) SOLO Sponsorship (1 available), you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supply attendees with handouts (brochures, business cards etc.)on tables
  • Provide the introductions to the speaker(s)
  • Provide a brief 15 minute introductionto your firm
  • Participate in a lunchtime Q&A
  • Have your logo and link located on the website and e-mails
  • Display your banner or signage at the event
  • Invite 3 staffto attend in order to network with attendeesat no charge

We will handle:

  • All venue arrangements (bookings, payment, room coordination, hot breakfast, coffee, lunch AV equipment etc.)
  • Event payments (credit card processing), sign in
  • Promotion of the event
  • CE certificate production and distribution

The sponsorships will be granted on a first come, first serve basis and will quickly sell out. The number of firms interested in the past is always been greater than the opportunities, so please reach out ASAP if you are interested.
